When I first started my journey to lose weight quickly, I discovered many ‘systems’ on how to lose weight. Unfortunately most systems failed to impress and downright did not work. But through the trial and error process, I learned many valuable insights or as I like to call them ‘nuggets of gold’ of information which led me to lose 20 pounds in a short period of time. In this post I will share with you some quick weight loss tips and give you some insight into the systems I tried.

Losing weight quickly is a hard task if you just rely on your own will, I learned early on in my journey that you need a diet or such to follow. I have found that women will do the physical exercises required by them but fail to follow a diet. Dieting is the most important aspect of losing body fat and thus you should have one. Now when I first started, I saw that many of the diets available to women were horrible. I say horrible because the diets were unhealthy and not very practical. Fortunately I found a diet which I could stick to easily and burn fat fast.

If you want to lose weight, you need to follow some simple guidelines and luckily for you I can share a few of my rules on losing weight fast:

  • First and most important rule being is having a diet which works- the easiest way to lose weight is by following a simple diet which allows you to have all the nutrients required by your body. Another aspect of a good diet is that it should strike a balance that is it should allow you to have a splurge every now and then.
  • Exercising on a daily routine for about half an hour to one hour will help you in losing body fat. By far the best exercise to lose weight is high intensity exercises which are about 120 heart beats per minute. This allows your body to use up the stored body fat and build toned muscle and you get great looking legs as well. A high intensity exercise also raises your metabolism which in turn allows your body to break down fats much quicker.

Nowadays there is so much information on losing weight that we lose track of what works and what doesn’t. When I first started on my weight loss journey, I jumped on every weight loss bandwagon I could find but unfortunately they all failed on their promises. So when I finally started losing weight, my close friends started asking me how to lose weight quickly and how I was able to burn fat fast. Since I saw that many women around me were also struggling in losing weight, I started this blog (Unfortunately I am very bad with technology) and since then I have shared my insights on losing weight and how to avoid falling victim to those weight loss programs which are unhealthy and also they can’t be followed for a longer period of time.

Here are a few tips on how you can satisfy your need to lose weight fast.

  • Avoid under eating- This is one huge problem with women because when you eat less than the proper amount of food as required by your Body Mass Index (BMI), your body starts to starve itself and eat away at the muscle tissue. This strategy is not only useless; it is downright dangerous to your health. Please do not fall victim to diets which require you to eat much less than you actually require.
  • Drink lots of water!!! – I know you have heard this so many times and are sick of it but I cannot stress how important drinking lot of water is to your body. It helps your body flush out any unwanted stuff (excuse me for the technical term) and not only that but it revitalizes your muscle tissue while decreasing the amount fat stored by your fat glands. A side benefit is also you get glowing skin!
